OVERALL

I loved my experience at this café and not just because of the kowhai trees (meaning yellow in

Maori), Kererus (native New Zealand (NZ) bird) and fantails (my favourite NZ bird) painted on the wall. It was because of the tasty meal I ordered and my extremely satisfied belly.

I finally got my eggs benedict fix that came with spinach as a standard with your choice of more vegetables /salmon/bacon. Another element that impressed me was the chef was not heavy handed with the hollandaise sauce, which is, in my opinion is the biggest mistake when it comes to this brunch time favourite.

I would highly recommend this café for the innovative play on your standard brunch choices. It had variety available within a small menu to suit all likes and dislikes with a number of vegetarian and

lighter options available. Juliette chose the dukkha vegetables served with feta cheese, poached egg and baguette. This was a perfect light choice packed full of nutrients and flavour.

Sheffield you did our munch brunch day proud.
